Sometimes you may experience a technical challenge or issue, or something that prevents you from doing what you want. We've attempted to answer some of the questions you may have below.
Changing Your Password
To change your password on part-x.com please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are signed out from part-x.com
2. From the homepage, click the "Sign-in" button in the top right of your screen
3. A pop-up window will appear. Click the "Forgot my password" link.
4. Enter your email address and click "Reset my password".
5. You will receive a reset email with a code. Select and copy the code, and then return to the website and enter it in the box titled "Code".
6. Now enter your new password twice and click the "Change Password" button.
Your password will be reset immediately. You will then be able to login using your email and your new password.
Not Getting the Password Reset Email?
If you don't see the password reset email within 20 minutes of requesting a password change, check your email's junk and/or spam folders. Please also add noreply@gumtree.com to your email's safe senders list.
Changing Your Account Email
At the present time, you are not able to change the email address associated with your account.
Deactivating your account
To deactivate your account, please contact PART-X Support through the feedback button.
